Relayd

Application purpose

Relayd is a Chrome browser extension that helps real-estate brokers handle the two jobs a deal is made of: answering property enquiry emails, and preparing the documents that follow. It connects to your Google account — Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.

For email, Relayd reads incoming enquiries, searches your listings sheet for prices and availability, checks your calendar for viewing slots, and creates Gmail draft replies in your writing style. Nothing leaves your mailbox until you have read it and pressed send — Relayd only ever sends a message you have reviewed and approved yourself.

For documents, Relayd works in Google Docs on letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements, and leases. You can edit a document by chatting with Relayd about it; you can turn a document you already use into a reusable template, which Relayd builds from a copy so your original is never changed; and you can then generate the next document from that template in seconds. Templates and generated documents are created in one Drive folder you choose, and no document content is stored on Relayd's servers.

How Relayd uses Google user data

Gmail — read enquiries and sent mail, apply labels, create draft replies.
Google Sheets — read your property listings for accurate figures.
Google Calendar — read availability to suggest viewing times.
Google Drive — read connected listing files, copy a document into a template, create generated documents in the folder you choose, and attach or share a file you pick with the recipient of a draft.
Google Docs — read a document so Relayd can find the parts that change deal to deal, and make the edits you ask for in the document you have open or in a document generated from your template.
